We not only performed an independent user trial on 100 restless sleepers but we also commisioned a polysomnography study (PSG) to measure the impact of sleep plus pillow spray on REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. PSG measures brain waves, the oxygen level in the blood, heart rate and breathing, as well as eye and leg movements, and our study concluded that sleep plus pillow spray positively impacted participant’s REM sleep.
